About this role
We are looking for an experienced Weaving Production Planning professional to manage and coordinate weaving production schedules, ensuring optimum loom utilization, timely production, and on-time delivery of fabric as per customer requirements. Roles & Responsibilities Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly weaving production plans Plan loom allocation based on orders, fabric specifications, capacity, and delivery schedules Coordinate with Merchandising, PPC, Production, Dyeing, Sizing, Warping, and Quality teams Monitor loom capacity, production progress, and order status Ensure timely availability of yarn, beams, designs, and other production inputs Track production against planned quantities and identify delays Follow up with weaving teams and outsourced weaving units, wherever applicable Optimize loom utilization, production efficiency, and capacity Prioritize urgent orders and revise production schedules when required Monitor fabric requirements and ensure timely completion of weaving orders Prepare production planning reports, MIS, and pending order status Identify bottlenecks and coordinate corrective actions Ensure production plans are aligned with customer delivery commitments Requirements ✔ Weaving Production Planning & Scheduling ✔ Home Textile / Textile Manufacturing Experience ✔ Loom Capacity Planning ✔ PPC – Production Planning & Control ✔ Order & Delivery Planning ✔ Yarn / Beam / Loom Coordination ✔ Weaving Process Knowledge ✔ Loom Utilization & Efficiency Monitoring ✔ Production MIS & Reporting ✔ Excel / ERP / Textile Production Software ✔ Cross-functional Coordination ✔ Problem Solving & Follow-up ✔ Strong Analytical & Planning Skills ?
