Showroom Sales Manager - Automobile

We are looking for an experienced Showroom Sales Manager to lead automobile showroom sales, manage the sales team, drive customer conversions, and achieve monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day showroom sales operations. Lead, motivate and monitor the sales team to achieve targets. Generate and convert walk-in, online and referral leads. Manage customer enquiries, product presentations and test drives. Drive vehicle bookings, sales closures and revenue targets. Monitor individual and team-wise sales performance and KPIs. Maintain customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction. Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Service and Delivery teams. Handle customer negotiations and support the team in closing deals. Maintain sales pipeline, follow-ups and CRM/DMS records. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and MIS. Develop local marketing, referral and corporate sales opportunities. Requirements Strong Automobile Sales & Showroom Sales knowledge. Excellent team leadership and people management skills. Lead generation, follow-up and sales conversion skills. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Customer relationship management. Target and performance-oriented approach. Good knowledge of CRM / DMS / MS Excel. Ability to analyse sales reports and KPIs. Knowledge of vehicle financing, insurance and registration processes is an advantage. Preferred Experience 3–7 years of experience in automobile sales. Experience as Sales Manager / Showroom Sales Manager / Team Leader – Automobile Sales preferred. Experience handling a sales team and achieving monthly targets. Benefits Competitive salary package.
