Job Title: Waterproofing
Summary:
Is responsible for the overall management of the waterproofing department, including the planning, execution, and quality control of all waterproofing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in waterproofing, as well as experience in managing and motivating a team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement waterproofing strategies and procedures
Manage the waterproofing budget and schedule
Oversee the selection and procurement of waterproofing materials and products
Inspect and approve all waterproofing work
Train and supervise waterproofing crews
Resolve waterproofing problems and issues
Stay up-to-date on the latest waterproofing technologies and techniques
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
10+ years of experience in waterproofing, with a focus on commercial and residential projects
Strong technical knowledge of waterproofing materials and methods
Experience in managing and motivating a team
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
