About this role
Lead the engineering and execution of rotating equipment packages with specific responsibility for Fire Water (FW) Pumps and 675 Pump Systems within offshore oil & gas projects.
Act as Area Lead for assigned rotating equipment scope from FEED through detailed engineering, procurement, fabrication, testing, commissioning, and startup.

Lead engineering activities for:
Fire Water Pumps
Utility Pumps
Process Pumps
Centrifugal Pumps
Diesel Engine Driven Pump Packages
Electric Motor Driven Pump Packages
Pump Skid Packages
Ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards.
Monitor vendor engineering activities and ensure timely submission and approval of documents.
Review pump performance curves, hydraulic calculations, NPSH requirements, operating envelopes, and mechanical design parameters.
Verify equipment selection against process requirements and operating conditions.
Participate in HAZOP, Design Reviews, Constructability Reviews, and Model Reviews.
Resolve technical issues related to rotating equipment during engineering and project execution stages.
Support FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test), mechanical completion, and commissioning activities.
Ensure proper integration of rotating equipment with piping, structural, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
Drive equipment reliability, maintainability, operability, and lifecycle performance considerations.
Mentor and guide engineers engaged in rotating equipment design and package engineering activities.
