Job Description

• Close coordination  with planning and import/export team.
• Unloading and receiving goods from overseas (record in SAP, verify if it is in good condition and in the correct quantity. Store in Telok Gong racking )
• Insall all the different parts on shelves as per Proton guidelines and ensure buffer stock is always ready.
• Print and place corresponding stickers as per Proton guidelines.
• Wrapping the shelves.
• Prepare shipment based on customer service picking lists.
• Close coordination with Proton warehouse, transporter, sika customer service and industry sales team to insure no stock-out in Proton and timely return of empty shelves to Telok Gong.
• Maintain  dedicated workshop clean and organized as per 5S principles

Qualifications

SPM or above. Beyond education level, skills to perform main task will be key.

Additional Information

• Forklift driving experience.
• Computer literate experience (SAP experience will be advantage)
