The Warehouse, Associate is responsible for configuring, testing, and preparing POS and credit card equipment for deployment, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring timely fulfillment of orders. This role requires independence, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Configuration, installation, and customer-specific customization of POS and credit card devices, including software loading (“imaging”)

  • Programming, performing functional tests and quality checks, as well as packaging and shipping POS systems, payment terminals, accessories, and consumable materials

  • Processing and fulfilling daily customer orders while adhering to defined quality, process, and time requirements

  • Conducting regular inventory checks and maintaining and updating inventory records

  • Ensuring compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and security requirements

  • Testing, cleaning, sorting, and refurbishing devices for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes and reuse

  • Performing general activities in the areas of deployment, warehouse management, and device refurbishment as required

Qualifications

  • Independent, structured, and reliable way of working

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to remain focused, accurate, and quality-oriented while working under pressure

  • Ability to perform shipping processes, including packaging and pallet preparation

  • Knowledge of return and repair processes (RMA) is desirable

  • Willingness to comply with quality, attendance, and performance standards

  • Strong teamwork skills as well as the ability to independently organize and complete tasks

  • Very good written and spoken German skills

  • Basic English skills

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
