About this role
Salary: R23 000 – R25 000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote administrative support to busy executives and teams
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements
- Handle email inboxes, draft correspondence and follow up on action items
- Conduct online research and compile reports or summaries as needed
- Assist with data entry, document preparation and general admin tasks
Requirements
- Experience as a virtual assistant, PA or in a similar admin role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
