About the Role : 

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editing Specialist to produce engaging, high-quality video content for social media, campaigns, events, product communications, and brand initiatives. The role involves transforming concepts, scripts, and raw footage into polished content while maintaining strong storytelling, visual quality, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities : 

• Create and edit high-quality videos for social media, campaigns, product launches, webinars, events, and brand communications.
• Transform scripts, concepts, and raw footage into engaging, polished videos with strong storytelling and pacing.
• Produce short-form content including Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn videos, teasers, and promotional clips.
• Create motion graphics, animated titles, transitions, subtitles, and branded visual elements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and Product teams to bring campaign concepts to life through video.
• Edit interviews, talking-head videos, product demonstrations, event footage, podcasts, and customer stories.
• Maintain consistent brand quality, tone, visual style, and production standards across all content.
• Optimize videos for different platforms, aspect ratios, formats, and audience requirements.
• Organize and maintain video footage, project files, templates, assets, and content libraries.
• Stay updated on video trends, editing techniques, AI tools, and evolving social media formats.

Requirements : 

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in video editing or a related creative role.
• Strong video editing skills with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality work.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, sound, composition, color correction, and visual quality.
• Experience creating short-form and long-form content for social media and digital platforms.
• Ability to manage projects from brief/raw footage to final delivery while meeting deadlines.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, camera operation, lighting, or cinematography is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools, 3D animation, photography, and digital content trends is a plus.
• Experience with technology, SaaS, AI, cloud, B2B, YouTube, webinars, or livestream content is an added advantage.
