About the Role : 

We are looking for a Associate Data Analyst to turn complex marketing, customer, and market data into actionable insights that drive business growth. The role will focus on forecasting performance, identifying growth opportunities, optimizing marketing investments, building predictive models, and translating data into clear recommendations that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities : 

• Analyze and connect marketing, website, social, CRM, campaign, SEO, paid media, and external market data.
• Identify key growth drivers, bottlenecks, underperforming areas, and new growth opportunities.
• Forecast website traffic, leads, conversions, campaign performance, channel growth, and audience trends.
• Recommend specific, data-backed changes to marketing strategy, campaigns, channels, content, and resource allocation.
• Define KPIs, baselines, growth targets, and measurement frameworks for marketing initiatives.
• Design, launch, and evaluate growth experiments to validate recommendations.
• Analyze the full customer journey from awareness through lead generation, opportunity creation, and conversion.
• Improve marketing attribution and measure the business impact of marketing activities.
• Identify inefficient marketing spend, effort, and resources and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Build predictive models for forecasting, lead scoring, opportunity identification, and anomaly/risk detection.
• Monitor competitor activity, market demand, industry trends, search trends, and social trends.
• Develop competitor and market intelligence tracking.
• Measure campaign ROI, channel efficiency, SEO visibility, audience growth, and marketing-attributed pipeline.
• Present actionable insights using the framework: Finding → Reason → Recommendation → Target → Action → Measured Result.
• Develop quarterly growth plans including forecasts, targets, experiments, investment recommendations, and expected business impact.

Requirements:

• 1-2 Years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Growth Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R.
• Hands-on experience with GA4 and digital analytics.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar BI/visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, conversion analysis, and experimentation.
• Experience with forecasting, statistical analysis, and predictive analytics.
• Ability to integrate and analyze data from multiple sources and APIs.
• Strong understanding of marketing performance and commercial/business outcomes.
• Ability to define measurable KPIs, targets, and experimentation frameworks.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations and actions for management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a growth-oriented, decision-focused mindset.
• Experience in B2B technology/SaaS, AI/Cloud, SEO, social media analytics, market research, and competitive intelligence would be an added advantage
• Knowledge of BigQuery, predictive modeling, lead scoring, marketing automation, paid media, CRM/attribution, and identifying emerging growth opportunities would be an added advantage
