Job Description

Translate global commitments into actionable regional and brand-level roadmaps in collaboration with the sustainability and People & Culture teams across the network.
  • Human rights: Oversee Accor's human rights program across the full guest and Heartist journey, including trainings, audits, worker voice mechanisms, and response protocols. Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements and international standards.
  • Inclusive hospitality: Deploy & scale programs making Accor's hospitality accessible and welcoming to all guests (e.g. people with disabilities, LGBTQI+). Support People & Culture teams to ensure DEI commitments including gender equality are reflected in Heartist-facing programs (e.g. talents development programs) and Group-level decisions.
  • Advocacy & partnerships: Cultivate strategic relationships with peers, NGOs, public institutions, and industry bodies. Represent Accor in relevant forums and working groups and contribute to advocacy efforts on human rights and inclusion topics.
  • Performance & reporting: Define, track, and steer relevant KPIs in collaboration with brands and regions. Ensure robust reporting and compliance with disclosure requirements and global standards. Communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Market intelligence: Monitor peer positioning and emerging trends to inform Accor's strategic stance on human rights and inclusive hospitality.
