Job Description

Key Account Manager TMC & Consortia (m/f/d) - DACH Region

The Key Account Manager TMC & Consortia is responsible for maximizing growth in the business travel segment through the strategic management of an assigned portfolio of TMC and Consortia accounts. The role focuses on driving business opportunities for Accor, strengthening commercial relationships, and ensuring sustainable revenue and market share growth across the region.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of TMC & Consortia accounts to maximize business travel revenue and market share for Accor
• Ownership of the DACH-based Accounts internationally, as well as contribution to international accounts with local presence in the market
• Drive business development through strong account management, client animation, and long-term strategic planning
• Build strong commercial relationships with key global and regional TMC & Consortia partners and maintain a strong market presence
• Negotiate local contracts and manage global agreements where applicable
• Develop and execute annual sales activity plans tailored to each managed client
• Plan and implement joint marketing activities and, where relevant, oversee marketing funds and invoicing processes for global accounts
• Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and adjust sales and implementation strategies accordingly

Qualifications

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in Account Management, Sales & Distribution, with a focus on TMCs and Consortia or Hotel Sales 
• Established in the corporate and agency market within the relevant region
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
• Strong team spirit and customer-focused mindset
• Proactive, persuasive, and results-oriented
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment
• Fluent in German and English
