They operate across both development/investment and property management, with a portfolio spanning commercial and residential properties, including a focus on workforce and affordable housing. Known for their long-term, hands-on approach and deep roots in the Colorado market, they are considered a trusted name across the full property lifecycle, from development through ongoing operations. They are looking to add a Vice President of Property Management. This is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic direction and overall performance of a growing real estate portfolio. This individual will provide executive oversight of the property management division.
