About the Role

As Hospital Manager, you'll partner with our Chief of Staff and Regional Manager to lead the business side of the hospital while supporting the people who make excellent patient care possible. You'll foster a positive team culture, oversee day-to-day operations, and help ensure our hospital continues delivering the outstanding service our clients have come to expect.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop our talented veterinary support team
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable workplace culture
• Oversee daily hospital operations, scheduling, inventory, and workflow efficiency
• Partner with medical leadership to support hospital goals and continued growth
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, payroll, and key performance indicators
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
• Help create an exceptional experience for every client and patient who walks through our doors

• Previous veterinary hospital management experience

• Flexibility to occasionally support evenings or weekends as hospital needs arise
• A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and client service
