SUMMARY OF ROLE

The Travel RSS supports Aya’s professions by ensuring candidates receive timely appropriate responses and maintaining high-quality administrative support for recruiters. This role plays a critical part in improving recruiter 
productivity by ensuring every clinician profile is complete, accurate, compliant, and aligned with active job opportunities before it reaches a recruiter. 


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED



Clinician Profile Review & Qualification 
• Conduct detailed reviews of clinician applications and profiles to ensure completeness, accuracy, and recruiter readiness. 
• Evaluate clinician work history, licenses, certifications, and specialty experience against Aya Healthcare quality standards. 
• Verify that clinician experience aligns with their listed profession (Certified Nursing Assistant, Behavioural Health Technician, Medical Assistant, or Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse) and identify 
discrepancies requiring clarification. 
• Identify alternative professions and pass to lead. 
• Review employment history for consistency, recency of experience, facility details, manager information, and specialty alignment. 
• Confirm required licenses and certifications are active, current, and appropriate for the clinician's profession. 
• Identify missing documentation or incomplete profiles and coordinate follow-up actions to prepare clinicians for recruiter engagement. 
• Apply strong analytical review skills to determine whether each clinician profile meets established qualification standards before advancing to recruiter review.

Job Matching & Market Alignment 
• Review clinician licensure, specialty, and work history to identify appropriate opportunities within Aya's active job inventory. 
• Cross-reference clinician qualifications against available positions in Nova to determine viable job matches. 
• Verify active opportunities exist within the clinician's licensed states, specialties, and geographic preferences. 
• Utilize pattern recognition and sound decision-making to identify the strongest job matches while minimizing mismatched submissions. 
• Focus opportunities on Zero submission jobs and key Aya accounts 
• Identify clinicians whose experience or licensing limits available opportunities and escalate findings to the recruiter when appropriate. 
• Ensure clinicians are aligned with positions that accurately match their profession, experience level, specialty, and licensing requirements 
• Utilize pattern recognition and sound decision-making to identify the strongest job matches while minimizing mismatched submissions.

• Interpret work history, credentials, licensing, and specialty experience to determine recruiter readiness. 
• Make consistent, evidence-based decisions while following defined recruiting processes.

• Demonstrate exceptional accuracy when reviewing applications, documentation, licenses, certifications, and clinician records. 
• Identify inconsistencies, missing information, and compliance concerns before profiles advance in the recruiting process.

Pattern Recognition & Decision Making 
• Recognize trends and key indicators within clinician profiles to identify strong placement opportunities. 
• Assess clinician qualifications against active job availability to recommend appropriate recruiter actions. 
• Escalate concerns, documentation gaps, or market alignment issues using sound judgment and established guidelines.

BACKGROUND AND QUALIFICATIONS: 

• 2+ years’ experience in customer service, admin support, or coordination roles. 
• Bachelor’s Degree 
• Healthcare Staffing Experience Preferred 
• Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and comfort working in an ATS/CRM. 
• Effective communicator with the ability to follow structured workflows. 
• Comfortable working US-aligned shifts. 


Location - Kharadi, Pune

Shift - US/Night Shift (WFO)

Transport - home pick up & drop (Up to 20 KMs)
