Job Title: Manager – Training Excellence (TEM)

Role Purpose

To drive excellence in training delivery by ensuring programs are learner-centric, outcome-driven, and aligned with client expectations, while leveraging technology and GenAI to enhance learning effectiveness, engagement, and employability outcomes.

The role additionally requires the TEM to function as an active trainer and facilitator whenever required, ensuring seamless batch execution, trainer utilization optimization, and continuity in learner delivery outcomes across centers.

Key Deliverables (KPIs)

·        Reduce training dropout rates to <20% through proactive learner engagement and interventions

·        Ensure 80% of learners apply to at least 5 jobs on the job portal

·        Drive 2 referrals per enrolled learner, with minimum 20% conversion to enrollments

·        Achieve 80% course feedback participation from learners

·        Maintain an average course rating of ≥4.5/5

·        Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all training metrics

·        Monitor and improve training KPIs aligned with organizational goals

·        Ensure trainer utilization and delivery continuity by taking ownership of facilitation wherever required

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Excellence & Program Monitoring

·        Track and analyze key metrics such as learner satisfaction, dropout rates, and placement readiness

·        Use dashboards, analytics tools, and GenAI insights to identify trends and improvement areas

·        Conduct in-class observations and audits to ensure high-quality delivery

·        Identify at-risk learners early and implement structured interventions (mentoring, peer learning, follow-ups)

·        Gather feedback from learners and trainers to continuously improve program quality

·        Independently facilitate training sessions and manage batches during trainer shortages, escalations, or operational requirements

2. Trainer Monitoring, Coaching & Development

·        Conduct regular trainer audits to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance

·        Provide structured coaching and mentoring to trainers for continuous improvement

·        Document all coaching sessions and ensure action plans with sign-offs

·        Enable trainers to adopt modern teaching methodologies, including digital tools and AI-assisted delivery

·        Lead by example through active facilitation and demonstration-based training practices

3. Trainer Training (TTT) & Certification

·        Ensure 100% completion of TTT programs for all trainers

·        Drive timely certification of trainers

·        Coordinate with L&D for bi-annual refresher training programs

·        Introduce AI-enabled training aids and learning tools to enhance trainer capability

·        Conduct mock facilitation sessions and demonstrate delivery standards through direct classroom engagement

4. Technology & GenAI Integration

Leverage GenAI tools to:

·        Personalize learning experiences

·        Generate training content, assessments, and simulations

·        Improve learner engagement through adaptive learning models

·        Drive adoption of LMS, dashboards, and digital tracking systems

·        Use data analytics and AI insights for predictive dropout prevention and performance improvement

·        Stay updated with emerging EdTech trends, AI tools, and digital learning innovations

·        Train and guide facilitators on effective use of AI-assisted learning and classroom delivery tools

5. Center Engagement & Operations

·        Manage centers across regions (centers/colleges/business partners)

·        Conduct frequent visits to local centers and quarterly visits to regional centers

·        Support center teams in training execution and learner management

·        Ensure 100% adherence to SOPs and digital tracking systems (ELITE)

·        Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and learners

·        Take ownership of batch delivery and learner engagement whenever operationally required

6. Stakeholder & Client Management

·        Collaborate with internal teams (PM, QA, OM, BUSM, Centre Managers)

·        Ensure alignment with client expectations and delivery commitments

·        Maintain transparency with learners regarding training and placement outcomes

·        Contribute to placement success and closure targets

·        Ensure uninterrupted training delivery and learner experience across all assigned centers

Key Skills & Competencies

·        Strong understanding of training delivery, learning methodologies, and adult learning principles

·        Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking

·        Proficiency in LMS platforms, dashboards, and digital tools

·        Working knowledge of GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AI content tools, adaptive learning platforms)

·        Excellent coaching, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills

·        Strong facilitation and classroom management capabilities

·        Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

·        Ability to drive outcomes in a fast-paced, multi-center environment

·        Ability to independently handle end-to-end batch delivery when required

Preferred Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Management, or related field

·        5–10 years of experience in training delivery, L&D, or program management

·        Experience in EdTech / Skill Development / Training Operations preferred

·        Exposure to AI-driven learning solutions or digital transformation initiatives is a strong advantage

·        Prior experience in facilitation and classroom delivery is mandatory
