Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as SAP SD Trainees. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD). The trainee will undergo structured training and work closely with experienced SAP consultants to learn business processes, SAP configurations, and support activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Learn the fundamentals of SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
  • Assist senior consultants in SAP SD implementation, configuration, and support activities.
  • Support sales order processing, delivery, billing, and invoicing activities.
  • Help maintain customer master and material master data.
  • Participate in requirement gathering and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing functional specifications under the guidance of senior consultants.
  • Support testing activities including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Troubleshoot basic SAP SD issues and escalate complex issues to senior team members.
  • Work with cross-functional teams such as SAP MM and SAP FI to understand business integrations.
  • Prepare user guides, training documents, and process documentation.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and continuous learning programs.
  • Stay updated with SAP S/4HANA concepts and SAP SD best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Basic understanding of ERP concepts and business processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn SAP SD and related business processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong commitment to career growth.

Preferred Skills

  • Completion of an SAP SD training course or certification (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Basic knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
  • Understanding of SAP S/4HANA concepts is an added advantage.
  • Internship or academic project related to ERP/SAP is a plus.
