Job Summary

Developer (L3) Lot 1 – DMaC (Digital Management as Code) Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore Experience: 10–12 Years Role Summary The DMaC Developer (L3) will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting automation, integration, and digital workplace solutions using Microsoft Graph API, Power Platform, PowerShell, and modern Microsoft 365 technologies. The role will drive automation-led transformation initiatives, streamline business processes, and develop scalable solutions that enhance user experience, operational efficiency, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions using Microsoft Graph API, Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerShell, and JSON-based integrations. • Develop custom Power Apps and automated workflows to streamline business and IT processes. • Build and manage integrations between Microsoft 365 services, ServiceNow, enterprise applications, and third-party platforms using Graph API and REST APIs. • Develop PowerShell automation solutions for Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform administration. • Create and maintain reusable automation components, connectors, templates, and development standards. • Design and implement solutions for workflow automation, approvals, provisioning, reporting, notifications, and operational process improvements. • Work closely with business stakeholders, service delivery teams, architects, and platform owners to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. • Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization of automation and integration solutions. • Support platform governance, security controls, access management, and compliance requirements across developed solutions. • Develop technical documentation, solution designs, deployment guides, and operational runbooks. • Participate in transformation initiatives focused on digital workplace modernization, automation, and self-service capabilities. • Mentor junior developers and promote development best practices across the team.
