Track Manager - Network LAN/WAN
About this role
Job Summary
The Network L3 Engineer serves as the highest technical escalation point for complex network incidents, problem management, and infrastructure optimization. The role is responsible for maintaining network availability, performing root cause analysis, leading major incident resolution, implementing network changes, and driving continuous service improvements across enterprise LAN, WAN, Data Center, and Security environments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L3 support for critical network incidents and outages. Perform advanced troubleshooting of routing, switching, WAN, VPN, and data center networking issues. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommend permanent fixes. Lead implementation of network changes, upgrades, and migrations. Optimize network performance, capacity, and availability. Maintain network documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles. Support major incidents and participate in on-call rotations. Collaborate with Security, Cloud, Server, and Application teams. Mentor L1/L2 engineers and provide technical guidance. Ensure compliance with security and operational standards.
