About this role

Job Summary

As a Track Lead in Support & Operations, you will play a pivotal role in managing operational excellence, focusing on continuous improvement and problem-solving. You will ensure that client SLAs are met while empowering your team through effective leadership and communication. Your expertise in Azure IaaS and Terraform will be instrumental in driving innovation and optimizing processes within the organization. The candidate must know AVD setup and how it works.

Key Responsibilities

Support AVD setup.

Implement and follow ITSM process.

Comeup with improvement plan and initiate discussions with customer for continous improvements.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Azure VD And Windows Environments
2. Strong Understanding Azure Virtual Desktop and support. 
3. Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills
4. Effective Team Leadership And Mentorship Capabilities
5. Solid Communication Skills To Liaise With Clients And Stakeholders

Other Requirements

1. Azure Fundamentals Certification (Optional But Valuable)
2. Terraform Associate Certification (Optional But Valuable
