Job Summary

 Technical Consulting: Exceptional documentation and presentation skills to produce high-quality architectural blueprints, build guides, and migration assessments. • Solution Communication: Ability to conceptualize target infrastructure solutions and confidently pitch them to internal teams and senior client stakeholders. • ITSM & RCA Excellence: Deep understanding of ServiceNow workflows (Incident/Change/Problem) and the ability to execute permanent root cause mitigations. • Global Collaboration: Ability to deal seamlessly with partners, vendors (Red Hat, SUSE), and worldwide peer teams to establish immediate credibility. 1.3 Good to Have Skills: • Strong knowledge of configuration management automation using Ansible or Puppet. • Good understanding of containerization ecosystems (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift) hosted on Linux. • Understanding of software costing, licensing models, and FinOps implications of infrastructure design. 1.4 Soft Skills: • Crisis Management: Firm, calm, and highly analytical problem-solving during P1/P0 server outages. • Strategic Decision-Making: Confident ability to evaluate competing technologies and define the \"best fit\" for the enterprise. • Team Leadership: A collaborative team player who provides active technical guidance and mentorship to L1/L2 project teams. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written presentation skills. 1.5 Certifications: • RHCE / RHCA or SUSE Certified Administrator / Engineer, AZ-104 or GCP Associate Cloud Engineer (AZ-900 at a minimum), ITIL Foundation v3/v4. 1.6 Overview • Role – Linux SME L3 • Experience Level – 8-12 years • Job Location – Bengaluru / Hyderabad • Job Type – Full-Time • Support type - 24x7 Operational Support & Project Engagements
