Job Summary

Technology: ServiceNow BCM/DR Modules, Azure Site Recovery (ASR), GCP Native Recovery, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot (GenAI), and DR Orchestration Tools.

Key Responsibilities

Transformation DR Strategy: Architect and govern the DR framework for the enterprise\'s hybrid cloud journey, ensuring workloads migrated to Azure/GCP maintain or improve their operational resilience. • BIA & RTO/RPO Alignment: Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and risk assessments to map application criticality and define exact recovery thresholds across the newly transformed IT landscape. • Cross-Tower DR Testing: Orchestrate and lead massive, end-to-end disaster recovery exercises (disruptive and tabletop), coordinating across Wintel, Linux, Cloud, Database, Backup, and Network engineering towers. • AI & GenAI Automation: Identify and implement AI-driven workflows and predictive analytics (using ServiceNow AI, Microsoft Copilot, or Power Platform) to automate DR data analytics, KPI reporting, and resilience dashboards. • Audit & Compliance Governance: Defend the enterprise DR posture during internal and external audits, ensuring strict compliance with ISO 22301, ISO 27001, and regulatory frameworks. • Crisis Command: Act as the central crisis manager and coordination point during major IT outages or actual disaster declarations, escalating risks directly to executive leadership.

Skill Requirements

1.2 Must have Skills: Technical: • 10+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 7 years independently managing enterprise-scale Disaster Recovery and BCM programs. • Deep understanding of multi-cloud recovery strategies, specifically targeting Microsoft Azure and GCP environments. • Strong hands-on experience using ServiceNow BCM/DR modules for lifecycle management. • Proven ability to translate traditional BCM/DR business processes into AI-driven workflows and automation opportunities (using Power Platform or Azure AI). • Solid technical understanding of underlying recovery mechanisms (Cloud replication, DB log shipping, backups) to effectively challenge and validate engineering designs. Non-Technical • Program & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional capability to coordinate highly complex testing schedules across multiple siloed technology towers and business application owners. • Risk Assessment & Compliance: Deep expertise in identifying resilience gaps, tracking remediation actions to closure, and maintaining pristine audit evidence repositories. • Executive Reporting: Ability to build dashboards tracking DR Test Success Rates, Readiness, and Audit Findings for C-level presentation. 1.3 Good to Have Skills: • Hands-on experience with technical DR orchestration platforms (like Zerto, VMware SRM, or Commvault) to better interface with the L2/L3 execution engineers. • Prior experience managing DR transformations in large-scale manufacturing, FMCG, or highly regulated enterprise environments.
