About this role
Test Engineer
Objetive:Β
Develop, evaluate, and implement new mechanical and electrical testing processes and procedures to improve product quality, cost, performance, and reliability, ensuring compliance with company specifications.
Activities:
-Supervise the activities of the Test Technicians.
-Supervise the maintenance of the test equipment.
-Perform and / or supervise the activities and strategies to avoid dead time in the test equipment and keep them within the target, as well as their continuous improvement.
-Perform and / or supervise the activities to maintain the yield and seek its continuous improvement in the test equipment.
Requirements:
-Experience of more than 3 years in electronic companies
-Develops and/or supports quality comprehensive test programs.
-Experience of more than 3 years in electronic companies
-Develops and/or supports quality comprehensive test programs.
- Interpretation of plans, electronic diagrams and specifications
-Coordinates 3rd party development of functional test development, enhancements, test fixtures.
-Knowledge of Engineering runs and introduction of NPI
