Summary:
As a ServiceNow Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall testing lifecycle by integrating advanced methodologies and tools that ensure higher accuracy and integrity. The position requires driving innovation in testing strategies, fostering continuous improvement, and enabling predictive and intelligent testing solutions that support the organization's quality objectives. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align testing efforts with business goals is a key aspect of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of best practices in quality engineering to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills and improve overall team performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of testing strategies with project requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow, ServiceNow Testing.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools relevant to ServiceNow environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative testing solutions.
- Familiarity with scripting and programming languages used in test automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in quality assurance processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
