Tele-Sales Representative

We are looking for a Tele-Sales Representative responsible for generating qualified leads and encouraging daily orders through telephone communication. The role focuses on identifying customer readiness and needs, qualifying prospects, and transferring ready-to-buy customers to the Sales team. Key Responsibilities Make 20–30 calls per day to potential and existing customers. Qualify customers based on their readiness to purchase, needs, and order volume. Enter and maintain accurate customer and lead information in Notion or the CRM. Follow up with inactive or unresponsive customers. Transfer qualified and ready-to-buy customers to the Sales team. Follow the approved sales script and maintain the required communication tone. Submit daily reports covering calls made and qualified leads generated. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of daily calls. Number of qualified leads. Lead conversion rate. Quality and accuracy of entered data. Requirements Strong and clear communication skills. High level of discipline and consistency in customer follow-up. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment. Previous experience in telephone sales. Experience using CRM systems is an additional advantage.
