Sales Representative / Closer

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative / Closer responsible for converting qualified leads into customers and achieving the company's monthly revenue targets. The successful candidate will receive ready-to-contact leads from the Sales-Tele team and manage the sales process from quotation and negotiation through closing and order completion. Key Responsibilities Receive and follow up with qualified leads provided by the Sales-Tele team. Understand customer needs and prepare appropriate quotations. Negotiate with prospects and close sales effectively. Apply cross-selling and upselling techniques to increase the average order value. Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process until the order is completed. Manage and update the sales pipeline within the CRM. Monitor sales opportunities and ensure timely follow-up. Prepare and submit weekly reports covering sales performance and active opportunities. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Monthly sales revenue. Closing rate. Average order value. Customer response time. Requirements Previous experience in sales. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Good commercial and business understanding. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet sales targets. Strong customer follow-up and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Previous B2B sales experience. Experience in the food industry. Experience in HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants and Cafés).
