Technician 1, Process

Công việc:

• Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật, giải quyết những sự cố trong quá trình sản xuất và những quy trình có liên quan tới máy móc, trang thiết bị thuộc bộ phân Assembly. Liên quan trực tiếp đến các công đoạn in kem hàn, lapping, tạo chương trình cho máy pick/place (JUKIL).   

• Kết hợp với các bộ phận khác trong công ty nhằm phát triển dụng cụ, đồ gá mới cho quá trình tạo mẫu và phát triển sản phẩm. Đảm bảo rằng máy móc, thiết bị hoạt động đúng và liên tục, thu thập và phân tích dữ liệu cho việc cải tiến quy trình. Làm việc chặt chẽ với các kỹ sư bộ phận khác để phát triển quy trình sản phẩm và làm những dự án cải tiến nhằm đạt được mục tiêu tiết kiệm chi phí và nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm đề ra một cách hiệu quả.

 

Yêu cầu & Bằng cấp:

• Học vấn: Trung cấp/Cao đẳng ngành/ chuyên ngành Cơ khí/ Cơ điện tử hoặc các ngành kỹ thuật có liên quan
• Có 1+ kinh nghiệm làm trong sản xuất, liên quan trực tiếp đến các công đoạn vận hành máy  trong qui trình sản xuất vật liệu bán dẫn với vị trí tương đương là một điểm cộng.
   

• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for production processes, including solder paste printing, lapping, and pick/place machine programming.
• Ensure the efficient operation of machinery and equipment in the TEC Assembly department, addressing any issues promptly.
• Collect and analyze data to drive process improvement initiatives, enhancing efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop innovative tools, fixtures, and processes, supporting product development and prototyping.
• Work closely with engineers to design and implement efficient product processes, considering cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of process-related activities, ensuring compliance and knowledge sharing.
• Assist in the seamless integration of new processes and technologies, providing training and support to relevant teams.
• Conduct regular equipment maintenance and calibration to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Identify and resolve potential process bottlenecks, implementing solutions to improve overall operational efficiency.

• A diploma or associate's degree in electrical/electronic engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on process development and improvement, is essential.
• Strong technical skills and a practical understanding of machinery and equipment operations are required.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach to process optimization.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques for process improvement initiatives.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes, staying updated with industry trends.
• Basic programming knowledge or the ability to learn quickly is an advantage.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude, and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
