Job Summary

Delivery Lead responsible for managing Microsoft Business Central (MBC) projects, coordinating stakeholders, leading change management activities, and ensuring successful solution deployment and adoption.   Delivery Management & Coordination Organize and plan project activities. Coordinate stakeholders including clients, internal teams, and subcontractors. Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies.   Change Management Prepare and execute change management strategies. Support key users during implementation. Conduct training and drive solution adoption.   Go-Live & Stabilization Support Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and acceptance activities. Provide go-live support. Assist in post-deployment stabilization and transition to operations.   Deliverables Flash Reports. Steering Committee (SteerCo) reports. PMO / Project Management support. The role combines project leadership, stakeholder management, governance, change management, and Microsoft Business Central functional expertise. The successful candidate will ensure smooth delivery from project initiation through deployment, go-live, and stabilization while maximizing business adoption and value realization Key Responsibilities Lead Microsoft Business Central implementation and transformation projects. Develop project plans, schedules, governance frameworks, and reporting mechanisms. Coordinate clients, business users, internal teams, and external vendors. Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation processes. Drive change management, communication, and user adoption activities. Support training initiatives and organizational readiness. Lead deployment, go-live, and stabilization activities. Prepare executive reports and facilitate Steering Committee meetings.
