Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to manage both RUN operations and project delivery activities. The role requires a combination of operational leadership, technical expertise, and stakeholder management capabilities, with a strong focus on Mendix and low-code application environments. The successful candidate will ensure service stability, drive project execution, and maintain delivery excellence aligned with client expectations.  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee RUN (Application Support & Maintenance) activities.
• Coordinate Mendix application development and enhancement projects.
• Monitor delivery quality, performance, and service KPIs.
• Drive governance processes and periodic reporting.
• Manage project deliverables and ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and operational issues.
• Ensure adherence to client delivery standards and best practices.
