Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead (0.5 FTE) to oversee RUN operations and project delivery activities within a Mendix and low-code application landscape. The role combines service delivery management, project coordination, governance, and technical leadership to ensure seamless execution of operational and project objectives while meeting client expectations.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate RUN support activities.
  • Manage and oversee Mendix application projects and enhancements.
  • Monitor service quality, operational KPIs, and delivery performance.
  • Drive governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Track project deliverables and ensure adherence to agreed timelines.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, development teams, and suppliers.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate delivery risks and operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with client processes, standards, and delivery commitments.
