Trustpair Consultant – Job Description 

Position: Trustpair Consultant 
Experience: 3-8 Years 
Location: Flexible / Global Delivery Model 

Role Summary 

We are seeking a Trustpair Consultant to support the implementation, integration, and optimization of Trustpair's vendor fraud prevention and account validation platform. The consultant will work closely with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, Master Data, and IT teams to strengthen supplier onboarding, payment security, and vendor master data governance processes. Trustpair is commonly integrated with ERP and procurement platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and other Source-to-Pay ecosystems. 

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead Trustpair implementation, configuration, and rollout activities. 

  • Analyze current vendor onboarding and payment validation processes and recommend improvements. 

  • Configure supplier validation workflows, risk controls, and fraud prevention rules. 

  • Support integration with ERP and procurement systems (SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle, etc.). 

  • Coordinate vendor account validation, supplier master data governance, and continuous monitoring processes. 

  • Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions. 

  • Support testing activities, UAT, defect resolution, and go-live deployment. 

  • Develop process documentation, SOPs, and training materials. 

  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.  

Required Skills 

  • Experience in Trustpair, payment fraud prevention, vendor master data, or procurement technologies. 

  • Strong understanding of:  

  • Vendor onboarding 

  • Supplier master data management 

  • Accounts Payable (AP) 

  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P) 

  • Payment validation controls 

  • Experience working with SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms. 

  • Knowledge of API integrations, data migration, and system configuration. 

  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.  

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in procurement transformation or finance process consulting. 

  • Exposure to fraud prevention, compliance, and supplier risk management. 

  • Knowledge of vendor governance and data quality initiatives. 

  • Experience in global rollouts and enterprise-scale implementations.
