About this role

Job Summary

  • Must have 2+ Years of experience with Python (coding) with Flask framework, statistical learning models, highly responsive web applications
  • Experience with Pandas,NumPy, SciPy, Microservices and Rest APIs
  • Experience in Python threading and multi-process architecture.
  • Experience in Natural language processing, text analytics etc.
  • Creating predictive models for AI and ML-based features
  • Fine-tune and develop AI/ML-based algorithms based on results
  • Data visualization, statistics, data analytics
  • Writing effective, efficient, scalable, reusable, testable code in Python.
  • Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python.
  • Familiarity with ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries.
  • Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system.
  • Knowledge of RESTful web services/APIs Relational and Non-Relational databases.
  • Testing and debugging software applications with Python test framework tools like Pytest, PyUnit, etc.
  • Performance tuning and automation of application
  • Knowledge of Code packaging, release, and deployment using Azure Devops.
  • Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
  • Testing, debugging and upgrading of code produced by you and others

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based applications and services.Develop and integrate REST APIs and backend components.Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code following coding standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in development and production environments.Develop and execute unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure application reliability.Work with relational and NoSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization.Participate in application deployment, release management, and CI/CD processes.Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.Develop automation scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency.Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and support guides.Support Agile development practices, including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.Stay updated with emerging Python technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
