Teamleiter (m/w/d) Mechanical Engineering

Als Teamleiter (m/w/d) Mechanical Engineering in unserem Defense-Bereich stellen Sie die erfolgreiche Umsetzung mechanischer Entwicklungsprojekte sicher, verantworten technische Entscheidungen im Bereich Konstruktion und Antriebsdesign und treiben die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Methoden und Mitarbeitenden voran.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams von acht Mitarbeitenden inklusive Personal-, Kapazitäts- und Ressourcenplanung

  • Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung mechanischer Konzepte und Konstruktionen

  • Durchführung von Design Reviews sowie technische Freigabe von Konstruktionslösungen

  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Anforderungen, Qualitätsstandards, Terminen und Projektzielen

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Systems Engineering, Program Management, Einkauf und Quality Assurance

  • Weiterentwicklung von Entwicklungsprozessen sowie Coaching und Entwicklung der Teammitglieder

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z. B. Maschinenbau, Konstruktionstechnik)

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Mechanical Engineering mit fundierten Kenntnissen in mechanischer Konstruktion und Antriebsdesign

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der disziplinarischen Führung von Mitarbeitenden

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Siemens NX (Unigraphics NX) und SAP, Erfahrung mit Siemens Teamcenter wünschenswert

  • Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
