Onsite – Geisenheim, DEIhre Aufgaben:
- Mechanische Vor- und Endmontage von komplexen Baugruppen wie Linearluftlager und Drehdurchführungen nach Vorgaben technischer Unterlagen und Zeichnungen
- Laufende Qualitätsprüfungen an gefertigten Produkten (Werker-Selbstprüfung) mit Standard-Messmitteln durchführen
- Fehlersuche und Fehlerbehebung
- Selbständiges Abarbeiten von Fertigungsaufträgen mit Protokollierung der Teileprüfung und der Arbeitsvorgänge
- CNC Honen der Vorkomponenten (Rüsten, Programmieren, Bedienen)
- Erstellen von Prüfprotokollen
- Durchführung von Transport- und Aufräumarbeiten im Produktionsbereich
- Einhaltung der Anforderungen nach 5S
