About this role

Summary: The Oracle CX Lead – Application Support will involve production support primarily and designing, developing, and configuring Oracle CPQ Cloud applications to meet business requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, customize CPQ functionalities using BMQL and BML, and maintain integrations with CRM and ERP systems. Your focus will be on ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance optimization of the CPQ system, while also creating and updating technical documentation to support configurations and customizations. Additionally, you will actively participate in testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities to ensure smooth transitions and stay updated with the latest Oracle CPQ Cloud features and best practices for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: • The role focuses on ensuring system stability, managing incidents and enhancements, supporting business users, and leading L2/L3 production support activities. The candidate will work closely with sales operations, IT teams, and integration teams to maintain and optimize the Oracle CPQ platform • Work on end-to-end implementation of Oracle CX solutions across customer experience transformation programs. • Configure, customise, and support Oracle CX modules based on business and process needs. • Establish and manage integrations with enterprise systems like Microsoft CRM, Oracle Fusion Cloud, and ERP platforms • Support testing, deployment, post-production activities, and ongoing system enhancements. • Provide technical support, troubleshoot CPQ application issues, and resolve production incidents promptly • Lead technical discussions, offer guidance to junior team members, and actively participate in testing cycles and deployment activities • Troubleshoot application and integration issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful delivery. Required Experience: • 7 to 10+ years of experience in Oracle CX techno-functional consulting, with strong implementation background • Hands-on experience in Oracle CX modules such as Oracle CPQ Cloud, Subscription Management Cloud, Fusion Service Cloud, Oracle Field Service Cloud • Strong techno-functional expertise, including requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, and support • Excellent communication skills to gather requirements and lead technical discussions • Prior experience in testing, deployment, and post-deployment support activities Preferred Qualifications • Experience integrating Oracle CX solutions with other enterprise systems and platforms. • Exposure to large-scale customer experience transformation or digital service programs. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in delivery-oriented environments. • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced implementation and support projects.
