บริหารและควบคุมงานคลังสินค้าและการกระจายสินค้าให้มีประสิทธิภาพ ถูกต้อง ตรงเวลา และครบถ้วนตามความต้องการของลูกค้า พร้อมบริหารทรัพยากร ค่าใช้จ่าย และพื้นที่คลังสินค้าให้เหมาะสม รวมถึงสนับสนุนระบบคุณภาพและการเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการ Audit

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบหลัก (Main Responsibilities):

1.ควบคุมการรับ–จ่ายและจัดเก็บสินค้าสำเร็จรูป (FG) ให้ถูกต้องตามระบบและแผนการจัดส่ง

2.วางแผนและควบคุมการจัดส่งสินค้า ให้ครบถ้วน ตรงเวลา และเป็นไปตามคำสั่งซื้อ

3.ควบคุมสต็อกสินค้าและความถูกต้องของข้อมูล Inventory รวมถึงการตรวจสอบและแก้ไขความคลาดเคลื่อน

4.บริหารพื้นที่จัดเก็บสินค้า ให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพและเหมาะสมกับปริมาณสินค้า

5.ควบคุมการจัดเรียงและเคลื่อนย้ายสินค้า ให้เป็นระบบ ปลอดภัย และลดความเสียหายของสินค้า

6.วางแผนและบริหารกำลังคนในคลังสินค้า รวมถึงมอบหมายงาน ติดตามผลงาน และพัฒนาทักษะของพนักงาน

7.ควบคุมและติดตามการใช้จ่ายของหน่วยงาน ให้เป็นไปตามงบประมาณและเป้าหมายที่กำหนด

8.ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามระบบคุณภาพ ความปลอดภัย และมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น GMP, HACCP, ISO และ 5ส

9.ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิต ขนส่ง Planning และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้การจัดเก็บและจัดส่งสินค้าเป็นไปอย่างต่อเนื่อง

10.จัดทำและติดตามรายงาน KPI ของคลังสินค้า เช่น On Time Delivery, Inventory Accuracy, Productivity และ Warehouse Utilization

11.วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงาน เพื่อลดความผิดพลาด ความสูญเสีย และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงาน

12.เตรียมความพร้อมและสนับสนุนการตรวจ Audit รวมถึงติดตามและปิดประเด็น Corrective Action ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

13.ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย จากผู้บังคับบัญชา

ระบบคุณภาพ (System Quality):

• ปฏิบัติตามระบบและมาตรฐานคุณภาพที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น BRC-CP, ISO 9001, GMP Cosmetics,GMP Hazardous, HALAL, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 และ SMETA

• ปฏิบัติตามกฎ ระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ และนโยบายด้านความปลอดภัย ของบริษัทอย่างเคร่งครัด

• ควบคุมและบริหารการดำเนินงานในส่วนที่รับผิดชอบ เพื่อลดผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมให้น้อยที่สุด
 

คุณสมบัติของงาน (Job Specifications):

คุณสมบัติ (Qualifications)

  • มีความรู้และความเข้าใจด้าน Logistics, Supply Chain และ Warehouse Management

  • มีภาวะผู้นำ ทักษะการสื่อสาร การประสานงาน และการบริหารทีมที่ดี

  • สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และระบบงานคลังสินค้าได้

  • สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการสื่อสารได้

การศึกษา (Education)

  • ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ โลจิสติกส์ ซัพพลายเชน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

ประสบการณ์ (Experience)

  • มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Warehouse Management 3–6 ปี

  • มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Inventory Management 3–6 ปี

  • มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Transportation & Distribution 2–4 ปี

ความรู้และทักษะเฉพาะทาง (Specific Knowledge & Skills)

  • มีความรู้ด้านการบริหารคลังสินค้า การควบคุมสินค้าคงคลัง และการขนส่ง/กระจายสินค้า

  • มีทักษะด้าน Productivity Improvement และ Process Improvement

  • เข้าใจบทบาทของคลังสินค้าและการขนส่งในการสนับสนุนธุรกิจและ Supply Chain
