ควบคุมดูแลงานวิเคราะห์ในห้องปฏิบัติการ ได้แก่ Bulk, R/M, F/G และ Microbiology ควบคุมคุณภาพกระบวนการผลิตและผลิตภัณฑ์ พร้อมวิเคราะห์และสนับสนุนการแก้ไข ป้องกันข้อบกพร่อง รวมถึงติดตามประสิทธิภาพเพื่อการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบหลัก (Main Responsibilities):
1.ควบคุมดูแลการวิเคราะห์และทดสอบต่าง ๆ ในห้อง Lab ทั้งหมดให้ถูกต้องตามวิธีการและ Specification ที่กำหนด
2.อนุมัติผลการตรวจสอบตามวิธีการตรวจสอบและ Specification ที่กำหนดหรือเสนอต่อผู้บังคับบัญชาเพื่อตัดสินใจเมื่อมีปัญหาไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด
3.ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและลงนามผู้ตรวจสอบในเอกสารการวิเคราะห์
4.ดูแลให้มีการจัดส่ง Sample, Report และอื่น ๆ ในส่วนรับผิดชอบให้แก่ลูกค้า
5.ออก Product Deviation Report เมื่อพบปัญหาเกี่ยวกับวัตถุดิบหรือสินค้าระหว่างผลิตแล้วเสนอต่อผู้บังคับบัญชารวมทั้งร่วมมือในการหาสาเหตุและแก้ไขป้องกันเมื่อได้รับ Complaint จากลูกค้าในส่วนของ Lab
6.ดูแลรักษาเครื่องมือเครื่องใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานให้มีเพียงพออยู่ในสภาพดีและใช้งานได้นาน
7.ควบคุมดูแลคุณภาพของกระบวนการผลิตสินค้า เพื่อให้เกิดความมั่นใจในการควบคุมปัจจัยที่อาจส่งผลทำให้ผลิตภัณฑ์เกิดข้อบกพร่องเบี่ยงเบนจากมาตรฐานที่กำหนดไว้ 8.ประสานงานภายในหน่วยงาน QA เพื่อสรุปแนวทางการวิเคราะห์แหล่งที่มาของข้อบกพร่องและแนวทางป้องกันปัญหา
9.วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลของกระบวนการผลิตโดยใช้หลักสถิติเพื่อการปรับปรุงคุณภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง
10.ดูแลและวางแผนการปฏิบัติงานและอบรมวิธีปฏิบัติงานรวมทั้งให้คำแนะนำแก่ผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาเพื่อให้ปฏิบัติงานให้ถูกต้องตามหลักเกณฑ์ และมีปริมาณงานตามกำหนด
11.ดูแลความสะอาดความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย, ความปลอดภัยในห้อง Lab ของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาตามกฎ GMP, ตามมาตรการ 5 ส และมาตรการความปลอดภัย
12.ดำเนินการออกใบขอซื้อสารเคมีและวัสดุอุปกรณ์เครื่องมือต่าง ๆ รวมทั้งจัดทำบัญชีรับจ่ายของสารเคมีอุปกรณ์เครื่องมือต่างๆ เครื่องใช้สำนักงานในส่วนความรับผิดชอบ
13.ติดต่อประสานงานทั้งภายในและภายนอก บริษัท ทั้งลูกค้าและ Supplier ในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง
14.ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
15.ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายที่องค์กรกำหนด และตามหลักเกณฑ์วิธีการที่ดีสำหรับการผลิตเครื่องสำอางและวัตถุอันตราย
ระบบคุณภาพ (System Quality):
• ปฏิบัติตามระบบและมาตรฐานคุณภาพที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น BRC-CP, ISO 9001, GMP Cosmetics,GMP Hazardous, HALAL, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 และ SMETA
• ปฏิบัติตามกฎ ระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ และนโยบายด้านความปลอดภัย ของบริษัทอย่างเคร่งครัด
• ควบคุมและบริหารการดำเนินงานในส่วนที่รับผิดชอบ เพื่อลดผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมให้น้อยที่สุด
