Funciones:
- Supervisar y coordinar las actividades diarias del equipo de CSR’s (Customer Service Representatives) encargados del procesamiento de cotizaciones y órdenes de venta de refacciones.
- Asegurar la correcta atención y seguimiento a clientes internos y externos respecto a requerimientos de refacciones.
- Supervisar el procesamiento oportuno y correcto de órdenes de venta en el sistema S/4.
- Monitorear el cumplimiento de indicadores de desempeño del área (tiempos de respuesta, nivel de servicio, ventas, backlog, entre otros).
- Coordinar la comunicación entre las áreas de ventas, almacén, logística, compras y servicio técnico para asegurar el suministro eficiente de refacciones.
- Resolver incidencias relacionadas con pedidos, facturación, inventario, embarques y atención al cliente.
- Dar seguimiento a órdenes pendientes, back orders y materiales críticos para minimizar retrasos y afectaciones al cliente.
- Capacitar y apoyar al personal CSR en procesos, sistemas, políticas y atención al cliente.
- Participar en juntas operativas y estratégicas para revisión de resultados y definición de acciones correctivas o preventivas.
- Brindar soporte administrativo y operativo a la gerencia del área de refacciones.
- Asegurar una comunicación efectiva y ambiente de trabajo colaborativo dentro del equipo.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia en la supervisión de atención de Clientes.
- Conocimientos en SAP, S/4 Hanna, SIS, ETK, DMA.
- Nivel de Ingles 100% Avanzado/Profesional.
- Experiencia en trato con Clientes.
