Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Strategy & Governance

• Develop and execute portfolio strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and performance metrics.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business value, strategic impact, and resource availability.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and risk controls.
• Drive portfolio reviews and executive governance meetings.

Program & Project Oversight

• Provide executive leadership for multiple large-scale programs and projects.
• Monitor delivery performance, milestones, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Resolve escalated issues impacting delivery, budget, schedule, or quality.
• Ensure benefits realization and achievement of intended business outcomes.

Financial Management

• Own portfolio P&L performance and budget management.
• Track revenue, margins, costs, utilization, and investment returns.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiencies.
• Drive forecasting, capacity planning, and financial governance.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Build strong relationships with executive sponsors, customers, and business leaders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead executive reviews, steering committees, and strategic discussions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Resource & Talent Management

• Lead cross-functional teams across delivery, operations, and business units.
• Develop workforce plans and optimize resource allocation.
• Coach and mentor program managers, project managers, and portfolio leaders.
• Support succession planning and capability development.

Risk & Compliance Management

• Establish proactive risk identification and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure portfolio-level compliance with contractual, regulatory, and security requirements.
• Monitor business continuity, operational risks, and dependency management.

Business Growth & Transformation

• Identify opportunities for account growth, digital transformation, automation, and innovation.
• Support business development, proposal reviews, and strategic initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices.
• Promote automation, AI, and operational excellence initiatives.
