Job Summary

Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Transformation Project Manager (L2) to lead infrastructure modernization and transformation initiatives across cloud, network, workplace, security, and infrastructure operations domains. The individual will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, governance, risk management, and successful execution of transformation initiatives.

 Classification: Internal Infrastructure Transformation Project Manager (L2) Experience 7-9 Years Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Transformation Project Manager (L2) to lead infrastructure modernization and transformation initiatives across cloud, network, workplace, security, and infrastructure operations domains. The individual will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, governance, risk management, and successful execution of transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery • Lead end-to-end infrastructure transformation projects. • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables. • Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status reports. • Coordinate cross-functional technical teams and third-party vendors. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Stakeholder Management • Engage with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and drive execution. • Facilitate governance meetings and project reviews. • Provide regular project updates and executive reporting. Risk & Governance • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues. • Escalate critical risks and dependencies proactively. • Ensure adherence to organizational governance and delivery methodologies. Transformation Initiatives • Support initiatives involving: o Cloud Migration & Modernization o Infrastructure Refresh Programs Classification: Internal o Network Transformation o Security Enhancements o End User Computing & Digital Workplace o Service Management Improvements Mandatory Skills • 7-9 years of IT experience. • Minimum 5-6 years of Infrastructure Project Management experience. • Experience delivering enterprise infrastructure projects. • Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills. • Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies. • Proficiency in ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Project. • Strong financial, risk, and resource management capabilities. Mandatory Certifications • PMP / PRINCE2 Practitioner • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Preferred Certifications • ITIL v4 Foundation • Microsoft Azure / GCP Fundamentals Soft Skills • Excellent communication skills. • Strong leadership and coordination abilities. • Problem-solving mindset. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
