- Provide L2 support for SCORCH environments.
- Develop and maintain automation runbooks.
- Troubleshoot workflow and integration issues.
- Integrate SCORCH with SCCM, SCOM, ServiceNow, and Active Directory.
- Automate IT operational tasks and service requests.
- Monitor automation performance and optimize runbooks.
