Job Summary
Control-M JD:
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support BMC Control-M Server, Agent, and Enterprise Manager environments.
- Install, configure, upgrade, patch, and maintain Control-M infrastructure.
- Design, create, schedule, and monitor batch jobs, SMART folders, and workflows.
- Manage job dependencies, calendars, cyclic jobs, alerts, and SLA management.
- Troubleshoot job failures and performance issues across production environments.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Automate job scheduling processes and streamline workload execution.
- Collaborate with application, database, middleware, and infrastructure teams.
- Support high-availability and disaster recovery activities.
- Develop operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Provide 24x7 production support when required.
- Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.
