B2B JD:
Core Experience Expected
- 8–10 years in B2B Integration / EDI / Managed File Transfer environments.
- Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (SI) and IBM ACE (App Connect Enterprise).
- Experience in environment setup, upgrades, migrations, and production support.
- Strong knowledge of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, XML, CSV, Flat Files).
- Expertise in data mapping and transformation.
Must Have
- AS2, SFTP, MQ, MFT, SMTP communication protocols.
- Trading Partner onboarding/offboarding.
- SSL/TLS certificates, keystore/truststore management.
- Network troubleshooting (firewalls, DNS, ports, connectivity issues).
- Business process development and support.
- Incident management, root cause analysis, and production support.
Good to Have
- Java
- Cloud integration exposure (Azure/AWS) is an advantage
- ITIL processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- BMC Control-M Certification is a plus.
- ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
