Le Sofitel Tamuda Bay Beach & Spa recrute un(e) Spa Manager.
Vous serez responsable de la gestion opérationnelle et commerciale du Spa, en veillant à offrir une expérience bien-être exceptionnelle et conforme aux standards de l’établissement.
Principales responsabilités
- Superviser l’ensemble des activités du Spa.
- Encadrer et développer les équipes.
- Organiser les plannings et les opérations quotidiennes.
- Garantir la qualité des soins et des prestations.
- Veiller à la satisfaction et à la fidélisation des clients.
- Suivre les objectifs commerciaux et les indicateurs de performance.
- Gérer les stocks et les produits Spa.
- Développer l’offre et contribuer à la commercialisation des prestations.
- Assurer le respect des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité.
Profil recherché
- Formation en Spa Management, esthétique, bien-être ou hôtellerie.
- Expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire.
- Leadership et excellent sens du service.
- Sens commercial et orientation client.
- Excellente présentation et aisance relationnelle.
