About this role
We are hiring a creative and collaborative Social Media Specialist to advocate for ICM's social media spaces by designing and implementing attractive, innovative, and appropriate contents in social media in alignment with company strategies and objectives. This position shall work full time remote.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement social media content strategies in line with the business goals.
- Develop and execute social media content strategies to promote our brand, products, and services across various social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Tiktok, Telegram, etc.).
- Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities, optimizing and increasing the engagement on existing social media platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms, and make recommendations to improve our social media presence.
- Monitor and control social media contents; compile reports for management showing results (ROI).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media content creation, strategy and implementation, preferably in Finance industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and effective content.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns with call-to-actions and interest-generating messages.
