Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Site and Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and infrastructure management of a large-scale data center project. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless coordination of site activities, facility readiness, and compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all site-related activities, including facility operations, maintenance, and contractor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all phases of the project.
• Oversee infrastructure readiness, including mechanical, electrical, and civil systems, ensuring alignment with project timelines and specifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve site issues and maintain operational continuity.
• Monitor and report on site progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Support commissioning and handover processes, ensuring all systems are fully functional and documented.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in site or facilities management within industrial or data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical) and industrial safety standards.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency required.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in hyperscale or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
• Proactive problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
