Shopify Manager (Ecommerce & B2B)

Company Overview This is lighting company with locations in Surrey, B.C., Las Vegas, NV, Greenville, SC, and Carlsbad, CA. The brand operates three Shopify websites: two shoppable e-commerce sites and one online catalog site for wholesale trade partners. Role Overview The company is looking for an experienced, hands-on Shopify professional to manage and support all three of their Shopify sites. This is not a purely task-execution role — the client wants someone resourceful and solutions-oriented who can proactively spot issues and opportunities, recommend improvements, and help evolve the sites' functionality, aesthetics, and overall user experience over time. Key Responsibilities •     Manage and support three Shopify websites: two e-commerce storefronts and one wholesale catalog site. •     Maintain and continuously improve site functionality, design/aesthetics, and overall user experience. •     Proactively identify issues and opportunities on the sites and recommend solutions rather than waiting to be assigned tasks. •     Handle large product launches, approximately twice a year, uploading and managing around 500 products per launch with strong accuracy and attention to detail. •     Support and help scale the B2B/wholesale trade program on the two Shopify Plus sites, including B2B pricing structures and customer-specific experiences. •     Manage site functionality that displays different products, pricing, or content depending on customer login status and customer type. •     Help plan for and eventually support the launch of Canadian e-commerce functionality. •     Collaborate regularly with the Sales and Marketing teams, including joining calls as needed. Skills & Tools — Must-Haves •     Strong hands-on experience managing Shopify sites, including Shopify Plus. •     Experience with complex B2B ecommerce structures: tiered/customer-specific pricing, gated or login-based content and pricing, and wholesale functionality. •     Comfortable working within a dynamic, evolving B2B setup and helping scale it over time. •     Experience with large-scale product uploads and catalog management, with strong attention to detail. •     Resourceful, solutions-oriented, and comfortable proactively sharing recommendations rather than only executing assigned tasks. •     Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating directly with Sales and Marketing stakeholders. Skills & Tools — Nice-to-Haves •     Experience with international or multi-market Shopify setups (multiple currencies/regions), given the upcoming Canadian e-commerce launch. •     Prior experience specifically supporting a Shopify Plus B2B/wholesale trade program.
