Operations & Marketing Implementation Specialist (MedSpa Consulting)

We're a staffing agency hiring on behalf of a high-growth consulting and marketing firm dedicated to helping US-based Medical Spas (MedSpas) launch, scale, and maximize profitability.

Their team delivers high-performing Meta advertising campaigns, dedicated sales appointment setting, and end-to-end technical infrastructure for spa owners.

They operate in a fast-paced environment where speed, precision, and systems integrity drive everything we do. We are looking for an Operations & Marketing Implementation Specialist who takes immense pride in high-integrity work, managing processes meticulously, and proactively solving problems before they reach leadership.

Role Overview

This role serves as the central engine connecting our marketing, technical delivery, and client onboarding operations. You will be responsible for building out client GoHighLevel (GHL) environments, organizing project tasks in ClickUp, ensuring smooth payment integrations via Stripe, and creating supporting marketing assets (graphic templates, video edits, and AI copy).

This is not a traditional Account Manager/CSM role focused on client hand-holding; rather, it is a technical implementation and operational execution position designed to ensure every client’s tech stack and marketing campaign launch flawlessly.

Core Responsibilities

1. HighLevel (GHL) & Technical Systems Operations

• Build, configure, and maintain GoHighLevel (GHL) client sub-accounts, snapshots, workflows, custom fields, and trigger links.

• Set up, test, and debug SMS/email automation sequences, funnel pages, calendar booking links, and twilio/mailgun configurations.

• Integrate Stripe payment gateways, subscription products, and checkout forms for client offerings.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and workflow bugs quickly to ensure seamless client operations.

2. Project Management & Checklist Diligence (ClickUp)

• Maintain ClickUp project boards, build SOP templates, and track deliverables for new spa launches and client onboarding pipelines.

• Ensure 100% adherence to internal checklists, verifying that no steps are skipped prior to launching ad campaigns or CRM systems.

• Practice proactive "upward management"—identifying potential roadblocks early and coming to leadership with solutions, not just questions.

3. Marketing Asset Creation & AI Copywriting

• Produce high-converting digital assets using Canva or Adobe Photoshop (social graphics, ad templates, banner layouts).

• Perform basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) to format short-form video ads and client testimonial content.

• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to write and refine compelling direct-response ad copy, email nurturing sequences, and landing page content.

• Assist media buyers with uploading ad creative, setting up campaigns, and checking pixel integrations within Meta Ads Manager.

4. Technical Client Onboarding Support

• Guide new MedSpa clients through technical setup during onboarding (domain verification, CRM connections, platform access).

• Provide swift, technical troubleshooting for client-facing software issues without engaging in account retention or high-level strategic management.

  • Familiarity with Stripe (product creation, payment links, billing integration).

  • Fundamental skills in graphic creation (Canva/Photoshop) and video editing (CapCut/Premiere).

     

  • Experience utilizing AI copywriting tools to generate functional marketing copy.

  • Basic understanding of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Manager structure.

Nice-to-Have Skills (Trainable)

• Direct experience working with Medical Spas, aesthetics, or healthcare/wellness clients.

• Exposure to media buying principles and paid advertising structures.

• Experience creating complex GHL custom snapshots.
