About this role

Overview

We’re hiring a Shift Lead - Fabricator / Welder for our custom metal fabrication shop serving commercial and industrial projects throughout the Nashville region.

This is a fabricator-first leadership role where you’ll read blueprints, lay out parts, fit complex weldments, and perform MIG welding on custom builds while helping lead the 2nd shift.
