Job description

Radi dáme príležitosť aj šikovnému juniornému kandidátovi/kandidátke so základnými skúsenosťami so servisovaním HW.

 

Náplň práce :

  • Zabezpečenie bezporuchovej prevádzky HW (serverová infraštruktúra)

  • Administrácia dodaných IT systémov: Inštalácia, konfigurácia, parametrizácia a evidencia dodávaných technológií,

  • Overovanie celistvosti a dostupnosti hardwarovej infraštruktúry, prezeranie logov

  • Udržiavať a aktualizovať údaje v zoznamoch spravovaných tímom, napr. konfiguračná databáza, interná wikipedia a pod.

  • Riešiť servisné incidenty, problémy, požiadavky a zmeny, pri riešení dbať na dodržanie SLA

  • Poskytovať spätnú väzbu na riešenia problémov a zapracúvať ich do tímovej dokumentácie.

 

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

  • Znalosť serverových HW komponentov

  • Základné skúsenosti s IT podporou

  • Chuť učiť sa a záujem o IT

  • Vodičský preukaz skupiny B

  • Anglicky jazyk - B1

  • Dochvíľnosť, flexibilita, zručnosť

 

Výhodou bude, ak máš:

  • Prax so správou serverov HP, DELL, SUPERMICRO

  • Znalosť SW vybavenia HP a DELL pre správu HW infraštruktúry výhodou

  • Znalosť Linux OS výhodou

  • Znalosť Linux\Windows scripting výhodou

  • Znalosť IPv4, IPv6 výhodou

Základná zložka mzdy (brutto): od 1900 EUR

Bonus: Výkonnostná prémia 2x ročne až do výšky 10% zo zákl. mzdy vyplatenej za hodnotené obdobie (spravidla 6 mesiacov)

* Finálna suma základnej zložky mzdy môže byť upravená v závislosti od individuálnych znalostí a skúseností vybraného kandidáta.
