Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall management and strategic direction of the Treasures Private Client (TPC) business within the assigned region
• Develop and implement growth strategies to drive the expansion of the TPC client base and assets under management
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional client service and experience to meet the unique needs of TPC clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver tailored wealth management solutions for TPC clients
• Provide leadership and guidance to the regional TPC team, fostering a high-performing and engaged workforce
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and internal partners
• Oversee the compliance and risk management practices within the regional TPC operations
• Contribute to the overall strategic planning and decision-making processes for the TPC business

Requirements

• Extensive experience in the wealth management industry, with a proven track record of leading and growing a private banking or wealth management business
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing successful growth strategies for a private banking or wealth management business
• Strong understanding of the unique needs and preferences of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients
• Excellent client relationship management skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Proficient in financial analysis, risk management, and regulatory compliance practices
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with senior-level stakeholders
• Relevant professional qualifications or certifications in the wealth management or financial services industry
